By participating in an Oopla Activity Challenge you fully accept the risks associated with performing physical activity.
You declare that you are in good medical condition/health and sufficiently fit to participate in an Oopla Activity Challenge. You have no medical condition which would prevent you from safely participating in physical activity; and you have medical clearance to participate.
You knowingly and willingly assume all such risks and acknowledge that your participation in any activity of your choosing is fully voluntary.
In consideration of your participation in an Oopla Activity Challenge, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives, hereby release and hold harmless Support to Perform Ltd from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, claims and/or causes of action of every kind and nature, including but not limited to those for bodily injuries, death, and property damage arising out of or relating to your participation in an Oopla Activity Challenge.
