Oopla gave me the incentive to walk every day and helped me lose weight. At the start I didn't think I would keep up the habit of a daily walk, but I got hooked on scoring the Active Days and kept it going, whatever the weather!
Having started from almost no physical activity I found myself able to do more and more as the Challenge progressed. After only 2 Challenges I was surprised at what I’d achieved and I couldn’t wait to do more.

This is a great program! You will develop really good fitness habits that will benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally. I find it motivating being part of the Oopla community even though I use Stealth Mode for a bit of extra privacy.
Just to say thanks that this is making a difference to a busy full time working 57 year old arthritic who gets great health benefit from this initiative while juggling everything else including a recent house move. I’d highly recommend it.
I am really enjoying the challenge! I think it's really clever and it’s helping me to get myself to do something every day which provides better balance to my exercise programme. I’ve found my running times improving since beginning Oopla.
